Primary way how to express your interest in EGEE infrastructure including offers of computational resources sharing is to consult it first. If you need help to adapt your specific applications for distributed grid environment, contact directly user support group.

Technical organization

Primary contact for solving of majority of problems related to EGEE grid infrastructure operation or Czech participation and contributions to European-scale EGEE project, respectively, is an adress egee@cesnet.cz. This address is a queue in our local request tracking system (RT) that enables administrators to monitor user requests, analyze them efficiently and provide fast, reliable solutions.
